That is why in June 2024 we started a long cherished ambition: our own consulting and company coaching leveraging our over 50 years combined experience. Our aim is to help companies and individuals communicate and collaborate better with employees, customers and from person to person. We focus on the plan, the people and the performance. CRM consulting – Customer Relationship Management consulting – for end-to-end customer engagement with CRM processes, systems and data that integrate all customer touchpoints and interaction across marketing, sales and services to provide a 360 degrees view. We are certified for SalesForce Sales and Marketing and have in house expertise in the Zoho CRM suite.

PCP coaching – Personal Communication and Presence – that helps individuals to build a presence that commands attention and respect, to speak with confidence and clarity, and to deliver messages that resonates and inspires. Based on over 20 years of experience as a stage performer and educator, Caroline has developed a holistic method to identify and work through your points for improvement.
